Downtown LA for commercial and institutional clients.
The Downtown LA office sits at 633 West 5th Street, in the Financial District. It serves the commercial side of the KPI Creatives portfolio — institutional general contractors building across Greater LA, architecture firms doing multifamily and mixed-use, commercial real estate developers, and B2B service businesses headquartered in Downtown, Mid-Wilshire, and Century City.
The Downtown office is the operating point of contact for clients whose decision-makers prefer in-person work sessions. The team structures content engagements as quarterly Production Days held on site, with research and post-production coordinated remotely afterward. This mirrors how the highest-output clients on the East Coast and Texas operate — and avoids the model where a marketing vendor is "in the building" weekly without delivering compounding output between visits.
Areas we serve from the Downtown LA office: Downtown, Mid-Wilshire, Century City, West LA, Pasadena, and the broader 405 corridor. The Venice HQ (695 Santa Clara Ave) handles Westside clients — residential trades, wellness clinics in Santa Monica and Marina del Rey, real estate teams on the Westside — separately.
