§ Hunter · paid-search operations agent
The agent that runs paid search as a system.
Hunter operates Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts the way infrastructure is operated: the routine runs on schedule, scaling requires statistical evidence, every money move waits for a human approval, and every decision lands in a permanent log. In production on live client accounts since May 2026.
§ 01 · What Hunter does
Prepared decisions, not dashboards.
Every morning Hunter produces one ranked table: every campaign and ad group, actual performance against target, a forecasted cost per lead, and one verdict per row — scale, optimize, stop, or hold — each labeled with how much evidence sits behind it. Around that table runs the discipline most accounts never get:
- search-term reviews on schedule, with a written reason for every proposed negative — and a guard that protects any term that has ever converted;
- Quality Score monitoring with a repair loop that drafts replacement ad variants for the weak component;
- monitors for cost-per-click anomalies, disapprovals, conversion-tracking breaks, budget pacing, and ad fatigue;
- launches drafted in the client's voice, checked against a written constitution, published only after approval.
§ 02 · How it is governed
Rules in a database. Approvals in front of money.
- Deterministic guardrails — spend caps, bid and budget bounds, and a data-sufficiency gate that blocks scaling decisions built on thin evidence. They live in Postgres, not in a prompt: nothing can talk the system past them.
- Human-approved spend — every budget increase, bid raise, and launch waits for an explicit approval in Telegram, with the evidence attached.
- An append-only decision log — every read, recommendation, and action is recorded with the rule that produced it. The account's reasoning history is queryable for life.
Hunter fits any business buying Google ads from about $1,000 a month. Run it managed by our team, or have a dedicated analog built on your own infrastructure and handed over. Details on the AI PPC management page.
§ 03 · The family
One architecture, three agents.
Hunter is the operations side of KPI Creatives' agent family — the same governed architecture also runs Oscar, the read-only YouTube analytics agent, and Marco, the go-to-market agent that prepares outreach a human signs. The full philosophy is on the AI Agents page: judgment stays with people, discipline moves to the system.
