§ Marco · go-to-market agent
The agent that turns your ICP into warm conversations.
Marco takes a written ideal-customer profile and turns it, every day, into prepared conversations: found and scored targets, personalized audits, ready-to-send emails and PR pitches. A human only reviews and presses Send. The one metric Marco answers for is meetings per week.
§ 01 · What Marco does
From profile to prepared conversation.
- Finds the targets. Searches companies and creators across search, maps, YouTube, and job postings; scores each 0–100 against your rubric; filters out the irrelevant; records the rest in the CRM. One shared memory across channels — no duplicates, no accidental double-touches.
- Opens with value. For every target Marco builds a free, personal artifact about their business — a video audit, a website teardown, a competitor comparison — always with one concrete insight they can verify and fix within a week. Alongside it: an email under 120 words, delivered as a draft.
- Never drops the thread. Deals die on the missing second and third touch — Marco does not forget. Five days after touch one it prepares touch two with a new angle; five days later, touch three in a different channel (email → LinkedIn). Silence after three touches earns a pause and an automatic reminder in 45 days. A reply becomes a draft with meeting slots.
- Catches PR moments. Monitors journalist requests (Qwoted, Featured, Source of Sources, #JournoRequest) and prepares citable pitches hours before deadline — built only on verified facts. Publications compound into trust and backlinks, which lift the reply rate of the main funnel.
§ 02 · Principles
Your name — your hand.
- Human-in-the-loop. Marco never sends anything itself. Every email is a draft; every pitch waits for a signature. The person whose name is on the message is the person who presses Send.
- Zero fabrications. Every claim in every audit traces back to data. Only verified facts leave the building.
- One profile, same machine. All client specifics — ICP, offer, tone, fact bank — live in a single profile document. A new client is a new profile, not a new system.
Why "Marco"? After Marco Polo — who opened markets through trade, not conquest, and brought back structured reports others could follow. And like the game: Marco calls — the market answers, Polo.
§ 03 · The family
One architecture, three agents.
Marco is the outreach side of KPI Creatives' agent family — the same governed architecture also runs Hunter, the paid-search operations agent in production since May 2026, and Oscar, the read-only YouTube analytics agent. The full philosophy is on the AI Agents page: judgment stays with people, discipline moves to the system.
